Image: My Sandwich – Vegetables and Avocado
Today I had this Vegetables and Avocado sandwich for breakfast. Messy as you can see but I was satisfied for the past 4 hours. I have no food cravings and I was in my most active moments. Taking few glasses of water for the day is great too. In the evening, we tried a Fat torch-er exercise with my Hubby for 35 minutes. A happy and fine day for me.

Avocado and blanched vegetables sandwich
Recipe: Avocado and blanched vegetables Sandwich
o Look for a fresh and fully ripened avocado
o Freshly cut vegetables:- Lettuce, Purple cabbage, Parsley or Cilantro, ripe tomato, grated carrots and some softened wolf berries (optional)
o Blanch the vegetables and drain excess water with clean kitchen towels
o Toast sandwich bread
:> Cut into strips the avocado or mash the avocado and spread evenly into the sandwich bread
:> Put over the grated carrots, few wolf berries, parsley or cilantro, cabbage and lettuce
:> Top layer will be the sliced fresh fully ripened tomato
:> Slice into bites, serve
Note: Blanching the Vegetables is optional.
Fresh, Nutritious and easy to prepare at home…. stay happy with sandwiches!
