Here in Malaysia, food are very tasty, delicious and there are a lot of varieties to choose from. Aside from Malay food, there is Chinese, Indian, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Mediterranean cuisine, Middle Eastern foods, Western food and others.
Food is available 24 hours and you can choose food served from 5 Star hotels to food served in local food stalls. You can easily add inches to your waist size if you enjoy every kind of food stuffs in the market. Drinks and other beverages are easy to find and prices are affordable. Wonderful!

” Drink two (2) glasses of warm or cold water before a meal
” Pay attention on what is in front of you
” Use a larger or bigger fork to eat your food
” Serve food on a smaller platter or plate
” Dish up or plate up your own food in the kitchen
” Eat your food slowly – masticate food and enjoy with grace
