Hana’s Helpful tips for 2013
1.  Gratefulness – just be thankful of what you have
      o Be you and be grateful when you wake up in the morning or after a nap in the afternoon. Say,  “I am alive’! Thank you.
      o Saying a 100 thank you a day when striding your steps to the office, bed room or kitchen is good.
2.  Hydrate your systems: Giving your systems a generous boast.
      o Drinking a glass of warm water in the morning, more glasses of water, green tea , etc. during  the day and before bed time,
          another glass of water…
      o Earthing method: Experiencing the earthing in water at weekends. Helps our youthfulness and stay younger.
